Hanover girls win by one over Eagles

CLYDE - Clifton-Clyde had an eight-point lead in the fourth quarter against Hanover on Feb. 9 at Clyde. They had built the lead by going up 22-14 at half and then both teams scored 11 in the third. But the Hanover girls were able to come back and eventually take the lead on two free throw makes by Katelyn Klipp. Hanover won, 41-40.

Clifton-Clyde’s Emma Nobert led all scorers with i6. Allison Jueneman had ii for Hanover. Shea Wurtz had a double-double for Clifotn-Clyde with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
