HANOVER – Frankfort jumped to a quick lead over the Hanover Wildcats on Friday at Hanover, going up 9-0 before Hanover was able to score. Frankfort hit three 3-pointers in the first quarter, which were their only 3’s of the game. But that first quarter margin allowed Frankfort to carry the lead to the end. Frankfort was up 28-15 at half and held on for a 51-44 win. Frankfort went 16 for 25 from the free throw line, while Hanover only shot 15 free throws. This was Hanover’s first loss of the season. They are now 4-1.

“It was a tough game out of the break,” said Hanover Head Coach Chris Beikmann. “Frankfort did a good job executing their offense early. It was a great learning moment against a good team. There are no days off in the TVL.”
