NEWTON – The Hanover Wildcats looked like they’d get a worthy challenge from undefeated St. Francis in the 8-man Division II State Football Championship game on Saturday in Newton. The Indians scored on the first play of the game on a 65-yard run and then scored again on a long drive on their third possession on a 10-yard run to go up 12-0 on Hanover.
