LINN – It was a tight game between Linn and Hanover for the Wildcats’ season opener on Dec. 8 at Linn. The two teams were tied up at the end of each of the first three quarters. Hanover’s Avery Behrends controlled Linn’s tempo with her defense, scoring four points off turnovers, while Linn’s Sophia Bott kept the Bulldogs in the game, scoring four 3-pointers in the first three quarters.
