A sixth death from COVID-19 was announced on Monday by Washington County Health Officer Tiffany Hayman. No information about the death was offered.
The bad news came along with a report of good news with the number of active cases of COVID-19 in Washington County dropping by half since early last week. There are now 46 active cases of the disease, down from 92 last Tuesday.
