NextEra has goal of spring 2022 for start of wind farm construction

WASHINGTON – If all goes according to NextEra Energy Resources’ projected schedule, development plans for the 600-megawatt High Banks Wind Energy Center will be presented to the Washington County Commissioners sometime this fall and approved by the end of the year.
