B&B beats Hanover in sub-state game

A halftime score of B&B 22, Hanover 14 showed the close game most everyone was expecting between these two dominate 8-man football rivals at Friday’s sub-state matchup in Hanover. But after a couple early turnovers in the second half, the B&B Falcons, in their final year of play before consolidation, took all the momentum they needed and scored 38 unanswered points in the second half to win 60-14. Hanover junior quarterback Andrew Bruna scored the two touchdowns for the Wildcats, both runs. He was 5/21 passing with 44 yards.
